be using the hosting for?
The requirements for hosting a full blown interactive site versus
a blog will be significantly different.
Secondly, consider the ease of use and most importantly costumer support.
The majority of providers are basically peddling the same products as resellers.
Thirdly, if any provider offers bandwidth allowances measured in megabytes RUN. LOL

I want to thank you for a timely response, that is so true what you said about ( Bandwith Allowance ) something for people to watch out for.
This is the first time I have had a response like this, guess your blog will be one of my ways to get good info, BOOKMARKING NOW!!
I have another question for you, do you use safe list to build your list( personal y ) I am building a responsive list also but thinking of going with safe list to, to have a choice of people to choose from – you know people on different list for different things.
